Kaisercraft Reveal: Candy Lane 'Happiness' Family Tree

Hello Again Lovely People!

Today I am back showcasing once again the gorgeous new Kaisercraft Candy Lane Collection. This time I have a little Kaisercraft Family Tree of 'Happiness' to share with you all. Check out the Family Tree and other Kaisercraft Home Decor and Beyond the Page items here.

‘Happiness’ Tree by Trudi Harrison. Materials Used: Candy Lane Patterned Papers ’Tutti Fruit’ (P575), ‘Mango Drops’ (P576), ‘Strawberry Sundae’ (P580), ‘Sherbert (P577), Chipboard (CB117), Rubons (RB881), Hot Pink Ink, Family Tree (SB2059). Other: Oval Scallop Punch, Flowers & Leaves, Skewer, Chipboard word, glitter glue

I love the Candy Lane rubon quote ’Daughters are little girls that grow up to be your best friend’ and this provided some of the inspiration behind this project. It went perfectly with Kaisercraft's Home Decor 'Family Tree', which when I first saw, I envisaged it made up with a canopy bursting with blooms and leaves.

For me, the tree symbolises ‘growth’ and the flowers represent the love and happiness that my two girls give me everyday - The Candy Lane collection was perfect achieving the look was after. The flowers have been cut from ‘Tutti Fruit’ patterned paper and layered over the canopy of the tree to provide a mass of bloom and colour. Candy Lane chipboard flowers have been placed randomly across the top and at the base of the tree. (The cherry blossoms, paper leaves and chippie title are from my stash)

As always thanks ever so much for dropping by. Your comments are always welcomed and appreciated!
