Kaisercraft Saturday Sketch

A new Saturday Sketch is up on the Kaisercraft Blog and it's a fabo multi photo one!! Check it out HERE

This is my take on the Saturday Sketch by Richelle Barker as featured in the layout 'Master Chef' on page 6 of October's Workshop Magazine. I have also used the gorgeous new Kaisercraft October released Homemade Collection for creating my layout 'Sweet at Heart'.

‘Sweet at Heart’ Materials Used: Homemade Collection Patterned Papers ‘Simple Stitches’ (P568), ‘Toasty Treats’ (P569), ‘Cosy Cottage’ (P570), ‘Friendly Family’ (P571), Paper Pad (PP831), Die cuts (DC327), Candy Lane Rub- ons (RB881), Chipboard Alpha #1 (CB107), Pearl Strips (PL506), Wood Flourishes - Bird Cages (FL302), Foam Tape, Glue Dots, Sage Green Paint.

Other: Doily Lace Border Punch, Dimensional Magic, Flowers, Ink.

I have flipped the sketch so that the photo series runs across the top from right to left. The larger photo element has also been flipped and now sits directionally opposite to how it was in the original design. The size of the photo elements have been minimalised. I also moved the larger photo up and the circle element has been replaced with a clustering of embellishments. The larger circle element has been replaced with the banner which has been incorporated as part of the title.
