Let Your Light Shine

Hi Everyone!

Just popping in to share a project created for 2Crafty Chipboard. I have combined some beautiful 2Crafty Chipboard elements with the gorgeous Kaiser 'Be-You-Tiful' collection. The background light surrounding my littlest poppet in the photo perfectly reflected the chipboard 'Let Your Light Shine' word title.

I chose chipboard pieces to create a garden effect, the draping leaves in the photo providing the initial inspiration. The Wrought Iron pieces have been attached slightly angled to create a shutter effect on either side of my photo.

Corner Arch was then positioned on the inside of the attached Wrought Iron piece to create an
arbor effect. Before affixing in place, a Prima floral vine was wrapped loosely around it. A sweet yellow bloom was also added.

Fussy cut and sticker elements were arranged at the bottom corner of the photo.
And another sweet piece -  Corner Evie was positioned just below the floral cluster with
a smaller Fanciful Butterfly

To recreate a similar effect on the chipboard - paint with white gesso, slightly stippling  it with your brush as the paint is applied. For good coverage, apply at least 2 coats.

When dry, lightly dab over with metallic gold paint.
For the word title Let Your Light Shine,  metallic gold paint was dabbed over the top.
