Hello!
Here's a project I created for Manor House Creations recently showcasing a few of their gorgeous blooms. I also combined MHC Believe patterned paper for the background with Graphic 45 patterned papers from the 12 Days of Christmas and Topography collections and Twiddleybitz Chipboard.
The photo is a recent one of my two girls sitting on the steps in front of the big memorial cross at Mt Macedon. These two really are each other's shadows. There is nearly 3 years separating them but you would never know. Although they may not always see 'eye to eye', they are always there for one another. They will always be sisters and I hope that they will always be best friends as they are now.
Fussy cut floral elements from Graphic 45 12 Days of Christmas 'Rose' paper were layered with chipboard and flowers. The Manor House Tweeny Weenies white roses were spritzed with Lindy's Stamp Gang Kissin' Kenickie Coral to coordinate.
Twiddleybitz Chicken Mesh Chipboard was inked black and cut up. The pieces were tucked into the floral arrangements and under the photo. The Queen Anne Frame was also cut into 2 pieces, inked scarlet red with the edges dabbed with metallic gold paint. The architectural structure framing the photo was cut out of a 12 x 12 brick overlay. This was altered with walnut ink crystals and metallic rubs. A barbed wire gate was cut up. The gate piece was covered with coordinating paper with the barbed wire elements embellishing along the inside gate edge and bottom of the photo.
Thanks so much for dropping by
Happy Creating!
