Ruby RockIt: Happy Days

Hello!!

Sharing some more card inspiration for Ruby Rock-It today.
Making an easel card is super fun and a great creative spin on a classic card  The base construction of them is similar, so try mixing them up by changing the shape.

Ruby Rock-It!! Products:
Fundamentals Basic A6 Cards FL62 Black, Ruby Rock-It!! Happy Days - Bouquet ,Chit Chat & Patchwork, Distress Ink
Other:

SpellBinder Die, Foam Tape
I have used a Fundamental Basics A6 card  and a spellbinders die  to create the base easel:

Place one edge of the die on the fold of the card and run through the die cutting machine to create the  hexagon shape.
Die Cut a single hexagon shape from one side of another A6 card - Unfold the card and place the die in the middle of one side.  Run through the machine.
**Tip - the window effect created creates a great peak a boo card for another creation**
Fold one side of the folded card in half
Attach adhesive tape to the folded edge and place the single die cut shape  over the top.
Cover the top and bottom of the card with pieces die cut from Happy Days Chit Chat.
Ink the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
Fussy cut flowers from Happy Days Bouquet and larger bloom from Patchwork
Attach across the top right hand corner and bottom left base corner with foam tape.
Fussy cut the branch and bird from Happy Days Chit Chat
Attach over flowers - Add a sentiment also cut from the Chit Chat paper.

Thanks so much for dropping,
Happy Creating!!
